We have sponsored for few unemployed youths in our villages either to get a job or to run his own small scale business. Financial support was given to a physically challenged youth to open a petty-shop in Mandhiripalayam. Financial support was given to an youth to buy handloom machine. Goats were provided to a villager as a part of our self employment scheme. Financial support was given to an youth to buy a vehicle and start his career as an LIC agent. Three educated, unemployed youths have been appointed as Night School teachers with a salary of Rs.1500/Month. One more educated, unemployed youth has been appointed as a personal assistant to panchayat president.
